Her dedication and expertise propelled her to Western Australia, where she held senior leadership positions, managing large health directorates and setting service-delivery records.
Innovating Mental Health in Rural and Remote Australia A true innovator, Betty helped shape the next generation of mental health service delivery in rural and remote Australia. She leveraged Telehealth solutions to improve access to mental health support for underserved communities, ensuring people received care regardless of location.

Beyond healthcare, Betty is a driven entrepreneur and business leader. In January 2024, she opened her first mental health clinic in Perth. Within a year, she co-founded three additional companies, generating over $3 million in transactions in the first year alone.
